Born and raised in Maryland since 2005, Areesh Malik is an Adobe Certified Professional designer based in Ellicott City. He has a passion for animation and filmmaking, and wants nothing more than to become a professional mangaka whose works get adapted into anime.
Growing up, Areesh loved watching cartoons on the TV, and going to movie theaters. As he continued to watch them in his teen years, he was motivated to draw more art, and his people were amazed by his artistic talent. So when he heard about the animation program at Centennial High School, he knew he had to attend it.
